Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using SansEntropy, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SansEntropy may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

General Wellness and Educational Use Only

SansEntropy is an educational, research, journaling, and general wellness tool for entropy reduction, self-reflection, evidence exploration, and consciousness-adjacent learning. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, psychology service, psychiatric service, emergency service, spiritual authority, legal advisor, financial advisor, or substitute for qualified professional care.

Concepts such as fear triggers, high-entropy attachments, coherence, belief-index classification, consciousness exploration, remote viewing, nonphysical exploration, and similar language are self-reflection and educational constructs only. They are not diagnoses, treatment plans, clinical findings, or promises of health, safety, paranormal ability, financial gain, or spiritual outcome.

• Do not use SansEntropy for emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, self-harm, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• Consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
• Stop using the service and seek appropriate help if any interaction causes distress, disorientation, anxiety, or other adverse effects.

Assumption of Risk and Psychic Injury Waiver

You understand that SansEntropy may discuss unusual, speculative, anomalous, consciousness-related, emotionally charged, or personally reflective topics. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with engaging those topics, including psychological discomfort, emotional distress, existential anxiety, fear responses, changes in belief, or claimed psychic, spiritual, metaphysical, or consciousness-related injury.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release, waive, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SansEntropy, its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and successors from claims arising from or related to your use of the service, your interpretation of generated outputs, your decisions based on outputs, or any alleged emotional, psychological, psychic, spiritual, metaphysical, reputational, economic, or bodily harm.

Burn-and-Save Session Architecture

SansEntropy is designed around a Burn-and-Save model. Raw conversational inputs are processed temporarily in active model context to generate responses. SansEntropy servers do not intentionally store, retain, sell, or back up raw chat transcripts as durable server records.

When a session reaches the token context ceiling or burn threshold, the service converts the active context into an abstract Coherence Ledger summary and then burns the raw transcript from active server processing. The client is instructed to clear the local in-flight raw chat cache after a successful burn.

For session continuity, your browser may temporarily keep in-flight chat content in local storage before a burn, sign-out, account switch, or explicit new-session discard. That local cache exists on your device to help prevent accidental loss before ledger synthesis; it is not a server transcript archive.

Coherence Ledgers and Data Mining License

The saved Coherence Ledger is a heavily abstracted structured summary, not a verbatim transcript. It may include items such as core intent, gathered knowns, historical milestones, belief-index classification, token count at burn, and other nonverbatim session metadata.

You grant SansEntropy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, analyze, aggregate, transform, and use anonymized or de-identified Coherence Ledger data for product improvement, research, evaluation, safety review, model training, machine learning, analytics, curriculum development, corpus prioritization, and operation of the Continuous Pattern Recognition Engine.

SansEntropy may use anonymized ledger aggregates to discover macro-patterns, theories, curriculum structures, retrieval priorities, product insights, or public educational outputs, provided those outputs do not intentionally identify you or reproduce your raw transcript.

User Content, Derived Insights, and SansEntropy IP

You retain ownership of your prompts, uploaded materials, and specific original expression to the extent you owned them before providing them to the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide.

SansEntropy owns its software, prompts, retrieval systems, corpus governance methods, generated product features, curriculum structures, aggregated macro-theories, anonymized research outputs, Continuous Pattern Recognition Engine insights, brand elements, and derivative system-level improvements created from anonymized ledger aggregates.

You are not entitled to compensation for product improvements, models, curriculum outputs, aggregate theories, public insights, or other SansEntropy intellectual property developed from anonymized or de-identified ledger data.

Corpus, Outputs, and User Responsibility

SansEntropy uses a governed evidence corpus and generative AI systems. Outputs may be incomplete, speculative, wrong, outdated, or influenced by retrieved source limitations. You are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it.

You agree not to use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, upload private third-party information without permission, bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted systems, or generate harmful operational instructions.

Billing, Credits, and Account Lifecycle

Paid plans, subscriptions, top-ups, trials, and usage quotas are governed by the pricing and quota law displayed in the product at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Firebase Auth is used for account authentication.

Account deletion immediately terminates authentication access, cancels active subscriptions, and deletes your billing profile from our payment processor. Your account profile is erased from the active database. Historical Coherence Ledgers are permanently decoupled from your identity and moved to an anonymous global aggregation pool used exclusively for global entropy trends; they cannot be linked back to you or recovered if you create a new account. Some security, fraud, tax, accounting, or legal records may still be retained where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SansEntropy is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. SansEntropy does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, therapeutic benefit, personal transformation, research correctness, commercial outcome, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SansEntropy and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and successors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, emotional, psychological, psychic, spiritual, metaphysical, reputational, economic, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the service.
